This faith-based Zoom fitness class is designed to strengthen both body and spirit. Each week, we will be challenged physically while learning new healthy habits that support long-term wellness and longevity. Through guided workouts, simple lifestyle practices, and loving accountability, we will practice winning the morning to honor our bodies as God’s temple. The class is supportive, fun, and uplifting—creating a joyful space to move, create possibilities, and stay committed to health as we age, all while building community and purpose together. My name Is Kenny Miranda, and I am excited to create this class with you.
We start Jan. 30th. @5:15AM. Every fitness level is welcome. This is a 6-week group training Via zoom. Body weight fitness routines. Accountability, weekly challenges, and some fun surprises.
