
This faith-based Zoom fitness class is designed to strengthen both body and spirit. Each week, we will be challenged physically while learning new healthy habits that support long-term wellness and longevity. Through guided workouts, simple lifestyle practices, and loving accountability, we will practice winning the morning to honor our bodies as God’s temple. The class is supportive, fun, and uplifting—creating a joyful space to move, create possibilities, and stay committed to health as we age, all while building community and purpose together. My name Is Kenny Miranda, and I am excited to create this class with you.
This is a 6-week group training Via zoom.

This is a once a week for 6-week faith-based group fitness program is hosted live via Zoom and open to all fitness levels with a duration of 40 min per session. Each session features body-weight workouts designed to build strength, consistency, and confidence—no equipment required. You’ll stay motivated through built-in accountability, weekly challenges, and a supportive community, with a few fun surprises along the way.
